Svetlana Sissina was born in 1949 in Archangelsk (Russia). She has ended pedagogical school and then worked as the teacher, including the art teacher.

She started to draw in 1994. She had two exhibitions in Archangelsk. In 1998 she has moved to Pskov (Russia). There were three exhibitions organized.

She draw not always, only when the muse visits her. She never knows what exactly will be created, because she create from a stain.

Many of her works found new home in USA, France, Holland, Australia, the Baltics, and also Saint-Petersburg and Moscow.
